When we make up your order all the products are double cheked before despatch and leave our premises in perfect condition. Dry goods and bottles are carefully packed. Perishable, fresh and frozen goods can only be delivered to LS postcodes ONLY. Vouchers are sent by first class post. In case of loss or theft of a voucher no duplicates will be issued. Where vouchers are ordered along with other items, the entire order will be dispatched together using the standard delivery methods as detailed below. We contract various couriers to deliver our products to almost all postcodes in the UK. On the delivery address form, as well as the delivery address, we recommend that you specify an alternative secure location at the delivery address such as "the porch", "the garage", etc - but entirely at your risk. We also ask for the telephone number of the delivery address. All this extra information, which will be retained if you register with us, will help to ensure that your order is delivered on time.
If the driver has to leave the order at the secure location or in exceptional circumstances bring your order back to the depot, he or she will put a card through your letterbox with an explanation and contact details.
