Casa Mia is one of Chapel Allerton's longest-standing restaurants, which has been serving delicious, authentic, Italian cuisine for more than 20 years.
Our chefs use their skills to hand make everything from scratch each day, from the pastas, pizzas to the homemade Italian cakes and ice cream served in glasses and drowned with hot double espresso and whipped cream.
Casa Mia takes delight in serving its delicious food to you daily. Being able to cater for coeliac, vegetarians, seafood and nut allergy sufferers is one our specialities, since everything is made fresh, even the fussiest of eaters can leave with a full stomach as we can adapt to suit everyone’s needs.
Casa Mia even has a fun children's menu available, as we think it is important to introduce children to different foods at a young age.
To be in with a chance of winning this prize, simply fill in our online or instore survey and you will automatically be entered into our prize draw. One winner will then be selected at random the last Monday of each month during 2019. The first winner will be drawn on Monday 29th April 2019.

1. TO ENTER
Every individual who answers and submits the Casa Mia Customer Survey - 2019 (and who fulfils the eligibility criteria stated in 2. below) will automatically be entered into a draw to receive the prize. There is no charge to enter. By submitting a response to the survey, it will be assumed that you wish to be entered into the draw, and in doing so are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these rules. If you wish to be removed from the prize draw, please notify us at 01132623322 or email@example.com or at the above address.
Every customer who dines with us or orders directly from Casa Mia during the period in which the Customer Survey is running will be eligible to take part in the survey and prize draw. There is a limit of one entry per customer. Each eligible customer will be contacted by e-mail and invited to complete the survey. Casa Mia reserves the right to decline entry to any unauthorised respondents. All individuals participating must be of age 18 or over.
3. TO WIN
One winner will be drawn at random on the last Monday of each month during 2019. The first winner will be drawn on Monday 29th April 2019. This will be a final decision. Should unforeseen circumstances prevent the draw from taking place on that day, it will be made at the first opportunity thereafter. If the winner cannot be contacted after reasonable efforts have been made by Casa Mia, that person will forego the right to claim the prize, and a second name will be drawn at random and declared the winner.
4. THE PRIZE
One prize will be offered: a two course set menu meal for two people, along with a bottle of delicious house wine, at Casa Mia. No alternative prize or cash alternative will be offered.
5. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
The winner will be notified by telephone or e-mail. The prize will be available to the winner as soon as practicable, and will expire 3 months from the winner being notified.
6. WINNER PUBLICITY
Entrants accept that, if they win, Casa Mia reserves the right to publish the name of the winner in its future promotions, without additional permission. Photographs or videos will not be used without the winner’s consent.
Casa Mia reserves the right to cancel the free prize draw at any time, if deemed necessary in their opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of their control.
