Waiter / Waitress - Part Time & Full Time

We’re looking for part-time and full-time Waiters and Waitresses to confidently deliver exceptional service to our customers.

As a Waiter or Waitress you’ll work as part of our small restaurant team, taking orders, serving food and drink and wowing our customers with your knowledge.

You’ll need a passion for food and the ability to offer outstanding service.

You’ll need to be engaging, energetic, outgoing, organised and fast-paced with an eye for detail and the ability to handle some pressure!

We want you to come in with an open mind, willingness to learn, meet some great people and even make some friends along the way.

Great communication is key so you must also be able to articulate clearly in English.

To help aid your induction into our great team you’ll be given full and comprehensive training, and have the support of our experienced team on hand to help.

Previous experience in a busy waiting or bar service environment will definitely help. However if you're willing to learn and have plenty of positive energy then we can do the rest.

Restaurant Supervisor - Part time & Full time

Work as part of a team as well as being able to support and assist in leading a team alongside our General Manager and Owner.

Someone who can fully engage in conversation to explain our menu to customers, giving them nothing but a quality and unforgettable experience.

Stock check, ensuring the front of house has regular stock rotation keeping in line with health and safety standards.

Cash flow / cash handling, being able to work the till and cash up at the end of service.
Maintaining and being responsible for the restaurants cleanliness, keeping in line with health and safety as well as food and safety standards.

Effective communication to ensure a smooth run of service. Strong communication is key, this being effective between front of house staff to customers, as well as front of house staff to back of house staff.

If we receive complaints, we need someone who is able to liaise with customers professionally and responsibly to ensure the complaint is dealt with in the correct manor. It's in the customers best interest to make sure they're satisfied with the care provided even if they didn't fully enjoy their experience, it's about them knowing the right action has been taken in response to their complaint.

Overall we require someone who is passionate about the industry, someone who can make the restaurant a fun, positive environment whilst still maintaining professionalism.
