Job description
We are looking for an experienced restaurant manager to oversee the front-of-house running in a popular Leeds city centre-based Italian restaurant.
As restaurant manager you will be responsible for the overall operational and administrative day-to-day management of the establishment, ensuring that everything from the menus to the cleanliness of the restaurant is maintained to the highest of standards.
Required experience
You will be a highly organised and motivated individual with management experience within a similar role in a restaurant/catering environment. With a real passion for Italian food, culture and language, you will also be able to effectively motivate and lead a team, possess a can-do attitude and demonstrate an understanding of how a business is run.
The package
We are offering a great package for the right person, which includes a highly competitive salary, private health care insurance and 20 days holiday per annum, rising to 25 days after your first year’s service.
