Leeds Champagne bar launches luxury sunday brunch

June 30, 2009

Leeds’ newest champagne bar Veuve is doing its bit to make Sundays even more enjoyable with the launch of its luxury champagne brunch.

From 11am to 5pm every Sunday, Veuve is offering delectable diners the chance to enjoy an array of food and champagne combinations, all from just £9.95. Delicious dishes include salmon and scrambled egg, salmon marinato and the classic croque monsieur – all served up with a refreshing glass of bubbly.

Located next to Casa Mia Grande on Harrogate Road in Chapel Allerton, Veuve is the latest venture of Francesco and Marta Mazzella, owners of Leeds-based Italian restaurant group Casa Mia.

Speaking about the champagne brunch, Francesco said: “Up until now, the people of Leeds have been fairly limited when it comes to enjoying food on a Sunday, which is why we decided to launch our new menu. It’s designed for diners who want something other than the traditional English breakfast or Sunday dinner and we are expecting it to prove extremely popular.

“So, if you’re looking to do something a little bit different to end the weekend or impress that special someone then pop into Veuve and try out our fantastic new offering.”

Veuve is a stylish champagne bar that’s decorated to the highest standard and offers over 51 different types of champagne to choose from, along with delicious cocktails, wines and beers - making it the perfect venue for those who enjoy the finer things in life! Peckish guests can also choose from a wide range of gourmet canapés to tuck into, including oysters, chocolate covered strawberries and homemade grissini.
