How can apply for the loyalty card?
To become a loyalty card holder, please follow this link to complete an online application form or fill one in at any of the Casa Mia restaurants. What’s more, once you’ve applied you can begin taking advantage of the fabulous offers available whilst waiting for your card to arrive, by simply printing off the loyalty card and presenting it when you order.
How does the loyalty card work?
You will receive your membership card and the new Casa Mia loyalty card holders’ redemption scheme. In order to take advantage of the following benefits card holders must book or produce the card at the time the order is placed.
What benefits do I get from the card?
- A 20% discount on any outside catering supplied by Casa Mia or an associated company
- A 10% discount on food only for any party of eight or more people booked any Sunday to Thursday
- A 10% discount on all special events held by Casa Mia
- A £5.00 gift voucher every time you spend £25.00 or more on Casa Mia Takeaway food only (not available at Pronto)
- A free birthday cake for any party of 12 or more dining in Casa Mia Grande or Millennium
- Free WiFi access (subject to availability)

Are there any restrictions to the dishes we can order from the menu?
Generally no, certain dishes might carry a supplement. i.e. £5.00 for the fillet steak, lobster, etc.
Can I use my loyalty card at all times?
No. There are some restrictions for Friday and Saturday.

Can I benefit of the scheme if I have already a Casa Mia loyalty card?
Customers can continue to redeem the points they have accrued so far until 31st May 2009, but as of today customers will no longer be able to accrue additional points. However, your actual loyalty card will still remain valid and will attract a set of brand new benefits, all available for you to enjoy immediately.
What discount do we receive if more than 4 people dine?
Only one loyalty card can be used per booking. If the party is of 6 people for example, only 4 people will advantage of the benefits of the card, the other 2 will pay the standard price. For party of 8 or more there other discounts available.

Can I redeem my old points together with the new benefit?
No, you can use one or the other. However the new scheme has a set of brand new benefits, all available for you to enjoy immediately. The new loyalty card can not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion
