Master Class Events

Here at Casa Mia, we run a series of Master Classes throughout the year. Each class focuses on a different topic to help you develop the skills and expertise to prepare a fabulous three-course meal.  The classes, held at Casa Mia Grande on a Sunday afternoon, are a sociable, informal affair lasting between 2-3 hours and of course we wouldn’t let you leave without sitting down to a delicious two-course meal!  Alternatively, if you are more interested in wine, we also offer courses to help you appreciate the very best Italian wine.

If you are interested in brushing up on your culinary skills, why not join us at one of the classes and learn about preparing and cooking food the Italian way.

Classes run at 11am and 2:30pm and are all held at Casa Mia Grande.

Gourmet Wine Evenings Events

Our gourmet wine evenings are designed to help teach people the fine art of matching food and wine. Informative yet fun, all the evenings consist of a champagne reception followed by six delicious courses, each accompanied by a glass of specially selected wine and expert advice from a sommelier.
