Job description
We are looking for an experienced area restaurant manager to oversee the front-of-house running in three popular Leeds-based Italian restaurants.
As area restaurant manager you will be responsible for the overall operational and administrative management of all three establishments, ensuring that everything from the menus to the cleanliness of the restaurants is maintained to the highest of standards.
Required experience
You will be a highly organised and motivated individual with at least three years’ management experience within a restaurant/catering environment. With a real passion for Italian food and culture, you will also be able to effectively motivate and lead a team, possess a can-do attitude and demonstrate an understanding of how a business is run.
The package
We are offering a great package for the right person, which includes a highly competitive salary, company car, private health care insurance and 20 days holiday per annum, rising to 25 days after your first year’s service.
